Charity & Community
Our Charity Focus
Our charities partnerships include Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, Saint Francis Hospice, Daffodil Day, Lions Clubs International, Irish Guide Dogs, Jigsaw and BUMBLEance, a dedicated children's ambulance service associated with Dublin City Fire Brigade.
Our Community Work
Our management team is involved with DublinTown (Dublin City Business Improvement District), who are working with all stakeholders to promote Dublin City Centre as a shopping, entertainment and cultural destination; providing a programme of family events in the Henry Street and Mary Street district throughout the year, along with hosting a number of exciting family events around Easter, summer months, Halloween and Christmas.
The ILAC is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, while also promoting events such as information days and support groups for the Dublin City Library. The Centre also continues working closely with the Dominick Street Regeneration group on their development committee, where the ILAC donates hampers every Christmas to local families.
The ILAC team actively supports the local community with summer projects , Christmas parties as well as other events throughout the year.
In addition, the ILAC proudly partners with a local school, contributing to The Cuchulainn Heart Challenge, a Business, Enterprise and Citizenship Programme designed for Transition Year pupils. It is aimed at nurturing them as future business leaders, responsible citizens and enterprising employees.
